the woman in this shop is AWFUL a acused me of not paying when her bank was taking a while to process the payment as it was marked as suspicious, left with half done nails as she was demanding she takes them all of, 0-10 do NOT recommend

I love love coming here! I did my nails the other day with a sweet lady named hanna, and you can tell she is a perfectionist because she kept attention to little details and made sure I was happy with them. She was absolutely lovely and friendly!! Definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking to get a hard design done 😊

I felt like the person who did my nails was rushing (a queue was building up) and made them too thick but she was responsive to my requests for shaping the nails and thinning them down and didn't complain. I caught one of my nails the same day and it has lifted which means debris and moisture can get underneath. I am quite accident prone so this is not unusual for me to catch it but it is for the nail to lift so quickly. To be fair, I didn't go back to have it fixed as I didn't have time and don't live in the area but I think they would have done without complaint. I was surprised the prices charged were London prices especially as I had to give so much direction. The nail salon was messy and had food on the floor, a nappy on the seat and no soap in the loo but it may have just been a bad day as they had children on site. The staff I interacted with were nice overall though.

Spending over 30 minutes being disrespected over me asking for the shape to be equal, only insults in native language.

I should have turned away the minute they attempted to assist someone walking in after me, instead of assisting me because "less worthy of a customer I guess ?!
