Second time ive been into nail expert. First time I was really happy with my nails which is why I returned. 2nd time I had someone different do my nails (the male) and I am not impressed at all my nails look like a child has done them. The painting on my nails I’m sure my 9 year old could have done a better job. On one of my nails is a brush hair stuck underneath. The white tips I explained that a bit had been missed and he was like it’s ok I’ll file it but the missing patch is still there. Super disappointment and extremely over priced considering how poor the nails are. Said opened at 9:30 and people waiting outside who had appointments didn’t turn up and open until 10 poor time keeping

Just been to this nail bar for the first time . Had such a terrible experience.
Very rude worked ultra fast as they had said yes to three other people who walked in so you could tell they were rushing.
I have had Biab so many times before and this wasn’t done correctly - one thin layer applied so I’m sure this will crack and chip in no time .
No customer care at all, all they are interested in is how many they can see in one day !
I will not be returning

I always leave this salon feeling so happy with my nails. Leigh, Emily and thr team are lovely, take real pride in their work, and never rush. The results last so well and look flawless.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up. My nails were done with such care and attention to detail — honestly the best they’ve ever looked. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend and been coming here for 7 years! That speaks volumes ❤️❤️❤️

They really need to work on the tining , you eadily soent 3 hpurs. The staff keep saying 10 minuted 15 min and so in , in the end they rush and if you say the slughtest thing they all togerher answer for it saying some weird readin, its your bone shape , the nails is thin etc.
The staff can be nice to whom theybwant to be, if you are not regular they just give a dtrang look to each other and constantly talk in their own language.
Yoh never know what they say but could be avoided if the cuatomer ia sitting right in front of you.
Mine was little nails and in that too thdy left a gap purposesly so you clearly can aee the empty aapace which will soon grow in aweek and reuire refill.
Paid 40 and ecoected atkeadt few days for it.
I woukd say as much as they have reasons, each cuatomerz nails are diffetrnt too, so its good to cater by asking them after each step and make sure if it is correcyly sitting and not bulging
