I was disappointed with the quality of the pedicure the owner gave me; she didn't even attempt to use the grater to remove the dead skins from my sole, leaving them hanging on my foot. Just have the grace not to ruin someone's occasional pamper day if you don’t need the business. Additionally, ensure you have correct change because they never have coins, I paid 20% tip for the design she couldn’t do and low quality service. This is not how you treat people and think you are clever! I will never return to that shop!..

I will not be returning… the staff are soo rude , the place looks absolutely filthy and dirty. Nothing is ever cleaned. They get you in and out within seconds no manners , no passion to any of the customers. Disgusting. Absolute rip off for the customer service you get in there.

I managed to get a same day appointment for gels (own nails). Happy with nails. Had them redone elsewhere month later, and they asked where I had them done previously as it took so long to remove. But at least they stayed on. The technician cut off more than I asked for. He said it needed to be as otherwise might break as thin where gels had been. Ideally he should have said this up front before he cut them, especially as he haf just asked me and then cut my nails shorter than I suggested. Just the small things to consider. Oh and I didn't realise it was cash only. No one said.

£10 to get your gels removed, 5 mins, no manicure. Rip off. The salon is dirty, the sink doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years, there was nail ends and dust all over the station when I sat down. I have been there about 5 times now for lack of choice, but I'm quite fed up of the prices, the dirty environment, rude manner and actually nails that never last more than 2 weeks. I would rather go without a manicure then go there again.

WONT BE RETURNING
Came back for acrylic in fills and the man cut the sides of my fingers with the electric file …very sore . Returned the next day as didn’t like how thick and unnatural they were. Looked better after Amy corrected them but a day or so later all fingers infected and really sore …then skin around nails peeled and a month later cuticles still swollen and prone to bleeding

The service gets the one star, amazing service, was nice to not feel rushed in and out getting my nails done for once! However, within a couple days my nails were chipping, and a week after getting them done they started to pop off… it really is disappointing because this place is local to me but I paid a lot of money for these nails (they’re weren’t even intricate or long) and to have this outcome is quite upsetting.
