Went in for chrome nails, came out with sparkles and varnish all over my fingers. Would not recommend at all. Feel really disappointed and cheated. Pictures of what I got versus what I asked for. Whole experience was rushed, didn’t feel like I had the chance to say they were bad. New to the world of nail salons and feel my inexperience was used against me.

Wouldn't even put one star but had to been there loads wont book me in so I get 5thb discount on nails also didn't speak one word to me, usually does then I showed him a pic of their previous work as I have had them done there least 10 times before, so he knew exactly how to do them instead when I asked for longer he done shorter no idea why then also bass colour he done differently and they have grown out like glue on they're absolutely shocking and one broke after 4 days they pretty much looked crap in a few days baring in mind I've had these exact nails 3 times before my friends had issues here too so now somewhere else has to soak them off and fix them properly unless these want to?? But I doubt it. Very disappointed with the service

The guy wouldn’t allow me to look at the choice of colours whilst he was doing my nails so I felt obliged to make a quick choice when I eventually got to see the assortment. He was very heavy handed and burnt my nails several times with the file. He then stood up mid way and another lady took over and was equally aggressive with her tone, luckily I’m only visiting the area but I DO NOT intend ever going there again.
This is not a friendly professional salon.

Lovely salon. However I travelled all the way from London and was 10 minutes late and they said they were fully booked. Such a shame as the technicians are beautiful and make art.

Pedicure done but very disappointed with it. The lady was lovely but they didn't remove dead skin and my feet feel just as they did when I went in.

So unhappy with the way my autistic mother has been treated by one member of your staff in particular (older gentleman), I recommended you for her as the lady that does my nails is amazing. She’s come home extremely upset after being told she didn’t have an appointment, which she certainly did for starters, then you’ve taken her polish of her nails before telling her don’t do them the way she’s asked for. They’re lumpy and not very good at all. You’ve also made her feel a burden for even being in your shop. Not very professional and I’m extremely disappointed with you guys.

I only ever went for gel manicure but every time I got the colour changed, they would burr the Polish off with the electric nail file and in the end, my whole nail bed became so thin and painful, I had to stop going!! Took me months to grow them out again and now I’m terrified to go back which is a shame because they’re very nice there and do a good job apart from obviously rushing it when it comes to taking off old gel. Please take your time and soak it off to save people’s nail health!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is always so nice, efficient, and very supportive of any requests I make. The salon is clean and well-maintained, which makes every visit comfortable and relaxing.

They offer a great variety of styles, and the quality is always consistent. Since it’s a busy, fast-moving place with lots of clients, I’d recommend going in with a clear idea of what you want — that way the process is smooth and quick.

After so many years, I can confidently say this is a reliable, professional, and welcoming salon that I highly recommend!
