DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! A few days ago I went in showing them a photo of what I wanted with was layers and side bangs the lady there gave me something entirely different the layers did not blend in well and they were all not cut properly she gave me a fringe that was not even straight I had to cut them myself to make them straight

I HAVE BEEN TO CHANGES DAY SPA SINCE 2020 AND I AM DEAF AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED MY STYLIST JANINA IS VERY GOOD OF COMMUNICIATION WITH ME AND SHE UNDERSTANDS ME. SHE IS BRILLIANT DOING MY HAIR AS SHE EXPLAINED ABOUT THE COLOUR. ALSO MY BEAUTY THERAPIST SARAH IS SO GOOD OF WAXING MY UNDERARMS, HALF LEGS AND FACIAL. SO I PREFERS JANINA DOING MY HAIR AND SARAH FOR MY WAXING. BUT I KEPT HAVING DIFFERENT NAIL TECHNICIANS FOR MY GEL POLISH AND I WAS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE SO I WOULD PREFERS TO HAVE THE SAME NAIL TECHNICIAN AS IT'S EASIER FOR ME TO COMMUNICIAN WITH THE SAME NAIL TECHNICIAN. NEVER MIND. THIS WEEK I WENT TO THE SALON FOR MY HAIR WITH JANINA AND I WAS SO SURPRISED THERE WERE THE ONLY ME AND JANINA SO WE HAD A NICELY CHAT AND GOOD LAUGH! THANK YOU JANINA AND SARAH FOR TAKING CARE OF ME ESPECIALLY BEGIN DEAF AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED AND I WILL STICK AT CAHNGES DAY SPA👍🏻I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN.😊
