Google Shan was such a lovely girl. Chatty and a kind hearted girl. Helping a lady through the door. So nice to see.
She is very talented at nails too. If I didn't live in London I would 100000% come back. Shan keep up the amazing work. Your gonna go far ❤️❤️

Google People are really nice but my acrylic nails were bumpy and started to peel off within a week, I was able to take them off myself so they definitely weren’t done properly

Google Dreadful customer service. They book an appointment and are never ever available at that time. Then behave like they haven't made an appointment. All of the staff then look at you in the most gormless fashion. Go somewhere that respects a customer's time and money.

Google This nail bar could be great, the people who do the nails are very good but...... they really need to look at their timings for appointments. Always very behind and still take walkins!! Don't make appointments if you can not keep them. I accept a delay of 15mins or so but over an hour and half!!! Also looks very dated and dirty in there with mould visable. Won't be returning
