I hadn't had my nails done properly since pre-COVID & I won't lie I was a bit nervous having them done again! It's so clear that the team get along so well which creates such a lovely & welcoming atmosphere. My nails are also SUPERB & I'm in love with them haha, I can't wait to come back!

I had treatments with Skye and Becky - both super friendly and gave brilliant service! Will definitely be back for future treatments.

Really relaxing and thorough massage as usual. I always feel amazing after Bryony's massages.

I am really body conscious and since I became unwell and my life totally changed have really struggled. Today I was made welcome and felt at ease. I felt really cared for and looked after.
The treatment was beautiful and Becky checked in with me throughout.
So much so I have booked further treatments with her and have just recommended her to my friends and locally.
Thank you so much for making it a really lovely experience and setting me at ease. It means so much.

Firstly i would like to say that i am very happy with the manicure i received. However i had booked a lunchtime appointment as i was working and i had booked a specific manicurist on the website. I arrived at the booked time of 1pm but the treatment did not start until 1.25pm. During the appt i found out that the person i had booked had left early due to a family situation and my appt time had been changed. I totally understand that these things happen but what i dont understand is the lack of communication, they had my email and mobile details so a quick text or message to let me know at least about the time change would have been good as i could have adjusted my lunch hour but as it was i ended up getting back to work quite late. In summary, great manicure but customer service/communication needs improving.

Always friendly and makes me feel relaxed I’ve even fallen asleep both times having my lashes lifted and tinted and I’m sure I snored (so sorry 😂) it’s even hard for me to fall asleep so this is a massive compliment. Thank you
