last week when I went in their with my nan and mum the manager kept following us around the store he then said to us that we are shouting abuse and that we need to get out the store or he will call the police .today me and my mum went in their to buy some makeup .as we was paying at the till the manager approached us and told us " I told you last week you are all banned get out "this was never said apparently we was shouting abuse but we just said to him why are u following us around the shop . Today he told me and my mum we are trash and we should go out there with it where we belong he also said that he will drag us out this man does not deserve the job if u want to know his name to report him his name is MARK !!

Absolutely appuled from the manager I was a witness too him abuse 3 women after he followed them around the store who was with an elderly lady at the time too, the manager was shouting at them like they was animals, the lady wasn't shouting or abusing him but he was too her even while she was walking out he was still following them and shouting.
I shall be making a formal complaint to head office. I also have video footage myself which I will send in too.

Popped in a couple of days ago with a friend, fully prepared to treat myself… only to be told off like a naughty schoolchild for opening the drawer under the makeup. Fair enough if it’s not allowed, but the staff member marched over like I’d committed a crime against humanity and ended up talking themselves out of a sale.

To top it off, they then proceeded to gossip about the whole thing with their colleague, while my friend and I stood there like awkward extras in their workplace drama.

Which is a shame, because the products are lovely and we were having a cracking time. Just unfortunate that the staff are so unprofessional 👍🏼

The staff here are so friendly and polite. The store is immaculate and spacious. I always find great offers browsing the aisles. James helped me find some items I wanted, he was so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had got everything I went in for. Superb service.

was not a very nice experience both times i went in , you get followed around the store staff are not polite and manager was horrible , you get no assistance yet 4/5 people on the floor stacking shelves i asked where something was and just got told to look over in that corner!!!!!! you are on their body cams too i will be making a request under GDPR for any footage
both time they never had the product i was looking for but had a good range of stuff and staff really put me off even wanting to walk in and shop there , i am auadhd and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Not good for a high street shop and stereo typing people

Went in today and was struggling to colour match a foundation to work with my acne . Lovely girl with black and blonde hair came up to us and found me a great colour match and lots of other options to suit my blemishes and redness. The foundation is great for my skin! Big thanks to her she was a big help and extremely friendly😊

0 stars from me. Went in today and wanted some help finding some products. As a newbie to makeup I thought what a place to go for needing help! To my absolute disgust, staff were rude and gossipy. Service was terrible, staff didn’t know where products were and had 0 helpful answers to my questions. I will not be returning!!
