I have been here twice now (I am new to the area), and have been very pleased both times. My nails look really good and have lasted well. The staff are polite and careful. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Experience was awful first time I had used this nail shop I took a walk up to Bella nails last Thursday 30th April for a full set of acrylics and pedicure I show the picture below of what I wanted before he started !!! I have attached picture below as you can see the yellows are different colours I was in there for 4 hours and cost me £103 which I nearly choked they then told me I had to draw the money out as they didn't want me doing a bank transfer (tax dodging) anyways after I had paid and walking back to work i noticed that half the flowers had fallen off this hasn't even been 10 mins of me leaving the shop. However its now been 1 week and all of the flowers and pearls have came off living my nails looking awful and chunks of glue stuck to them. The reason I have put a google review is because I find when returning to a nail shop to tell them your not happy they become very rude and talking about you (not in English) so gutted i paid over £100 for this

Went in to treat myself to birthday nails. Sat down quickly with booking (hence one star). I showed the man the design and was greeted with a sigh even though it’s pretty simple. He selected 2 colours. one which is on my nails and one which was a fluorescent green and he said they have nothing similar . Attached reference for reference. I asked politely if he could do my cuticles too, to which he said ‘later’ (i have had my nails done many times and know it’s within the prep stage) He put tips on and they were lifting off as too small. I mentioned it to try and help him and was greeted with rudeness and like me being there was an inconvenience to him. He said that my hands are ‘too cold’ to which i just said ‘it’s cold outside’ he was bending my fingers back and shaking them vigorously in an attempt to warm them up. He asked what length and i tried to show the photo to help to when he said ‘no tell me’. They are all different lengths. With big gaps on sides and i can feel the pressure where some tips are too small. He carelessly did the acrylic and then cuticles to the point one was bleeding and i could feel the pulling on my skin and no care for the design and i held my hand still to help and turned to my mum who was also getting hers done and he said ‘stop moving’ when my hand was still. I now have a crack already under my pinky acrylic on my actual nail bed (i got them done 3 days ago and haven’t used my hands heavily). Won’t be returning.

The nails are really beautiful but the man that did my daughters nails needed to be a lot gentler as she felt when he buffed and filed them it really hurt and it felt as if he was rushing and being careless whether that was he had lots of clients to get through he should value every client. Her nails seems to be bruised underneath the acrylic after she got them done. I like how they turned but not the quality of the service and it was a bit overpriced. And might not
be coming back .

Had a nail replaced for £5 the other day due to a shoddy job by another business and has not budged but another nail has fallen off so will be back in tomorrow to have it done

Had fabulous chrome toenails today. Staff so friendly and my toes are transformed. Lovely seeing the staff with regulars and little people too! Highly recommend

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life! The man that was doing my nails was rushing- and seemed like he couldn’t even be bothered! He didn’t even engage with me! He was actually very rude. It was a horrible experience- The pedicure chairs were also dirty! My First and Last time going there!

Rude staff and overpriced. Had a simple infill and they charged me the same as the customer next to me who had a full set of acrylics and gel polish.
Won’t be returning!!

I don’t know why the reviews are so low on this nail place. I just moved into the area from London and they are amazing! They take their time doing every step and the French tips are so perfect. Thanks guys will see you in a few weeks.

Went in there before Christmas normally go to American nails but thought I give this place ago …….. I thought the process was great as they took there time doing them and was really great with the practice however , the cost was a bit much and then on the same day one nails snapped off and broke half my finger nail as-well , Christmas Day two more snapped off !!! For the money I paid and I tip a lot I ended up with half of them snapping off . Way too thin !!! Won’t be coming again sticking with American mail salon

I always go to a differnt nail place in tonbridge but I thought id change up a bit, I visited here yesterday very pleased with my nails, and a lot better than the other place. Took their time and wasn’t disappointed at all. Would recommend a lot!
