I have been a customer here for 5 years now and have never had an issue. Up until last week when I got a full set of acrylics for £45, and lost two of them two days after getting them done. I was told to go back in to get them re done so I did. Then a third fell of a few days later, so I messaged them and they said to come in again so they can fix it . I went back into the shop to be told that they are too busy to fix ONE nail and to come back even though they told me to go there and never specified a time.
I was very reasonable considering how much they had messed me around and In the end I asked for a refund or atleast half the money back but they refused and said that I was disturbing them outside of work hours!! (It was just a message)
Not to mention that when they re done the nails they were a different colour.
They are extremely unprofessional and rude.

went in asking for a full new set and a design, he told me there is no need for a new set as they were still new and he was happy to do an infill, he got me to take a seat and choose a colour which i did and showed him the design i was thinking of, he took his time and made sure i liked my nails every step of the way. very happy with my nails will definitely come here in the future instead of my old nail shop

Absolutely brilliant service. First time coming here as New to the area. The man and women was so lovely and couldnt of been more helpful. I appreciate the lady sorting my toe out today. Very impressed and will be using this nail bar only.

I have been going to sun nails for quiet some time and never did I expect to be spoken to in such a bad manner I felt uncomfortable I showed a picture of what nails I wanted and the man doing my nails didn’t understand so I ask for something diffrent then notice all my nails where difference sizes ans shapes so asked him to redo two of my nails!!! and the owner came over and said “you have annoyed him your annoying me what do you want”
I have never been spoken to like that and because I was so shocked I just kept the nails how they were paid and left!! Which I shouldn’t have paid
Upset to think I will never go back!!!

i have been coming here since the shop first opened. this is the only nail shop i have been to since. they always do my nails exactly as i like them and iv never had a complaint to make. all the other nail shops in this area do not make conversations however every time i’m in sun nails they always seem to know everyone who comes through the door with a warm welcome. a lot of nail shops don’t pay attention to detail and the nails fall off after a week. this is the only shop where i find my nails last and look beautiful.

My personal experience has generally been good except for my last set of nails and the subsequent service and lack of professionalism afterwards. Was made to feel extremely unwelcome, embarrassed and uncomfortable when I returned to sun nails following my set (£79) peeling for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.
Amy is slow to respond to messages about this issue and worse still, aggressive, unresponsive and unprofessional in person when I popped in.
For the price charged, I would have expected these to last much longer than they have.
Unfortunately the unprofessionalism of the owner has lost not just my custom but that of others who witnessed her treatment of me. Will never return to this salon. Be wary of the price you are being charged and hope you have no issues following.
