Google I’ve visited several times and, despite always booking an appointment, I’m never seen on time. It’s frustrating because the whole point of booking is to avoid long waits, especially when you have plans afterwards. While the quality of their work is very good, the time management really lets them down. I’ve also found the staff to be quite rude at times, which makes the overall experience less enjoyable.
Owner Response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for visiting us multiple time.we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of our work but we’re genuinely sorry about the delay and the experience you had with waiting time .we understand how frustrating it is when appointment don’t run on schedule , especially when you have plans afterwards . This is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide . We’re currently reviewing our schedule process to improve punctuality and reduce waiting time . We’re also concerned to hear your experience with staff attitude this is something we take seriously and we will address with our team to ensure a more welcoming and professional experience for all customers . We’re truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. If you’re open to it we love the chance to make it right on your next visit. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist you better
