I had a very upsetting experience at this salon today. Initially, one staff member was polite and listened to what I wanted, but I was then switched to another technician who seemed visibly annoyed from the start.

She was speaking in another language and laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable, and she handled my hands very roughly. The removal process was rushed and painful, and at times she was using her phone while working on me, leaving my hands soaking in water for a long period without attention.

Despite arriving earlier, other customers who came after me were almost finished while I was still having my nails removed. Communication was poor, mostly through gestures, and I did not feel cared for at all.

I eventually decided not to continue with the service due to how uncomfortable I felt. During the removal, my skin was cut and started bleeding, which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and hygiene.

I thoroughly enjoy indulging in pampering sessions, and having my nails done is a particular highlight of my day. I understand that this is a business and while being efficient means other people may do one part of the service. I feel if you are paying top dollar i.e. £50 for your desired design you should have the same nail technician throughout.

Consistency in service not only enhances the experience but also allows for a personal touch that makes each visit special. When a single technician is responsible for the entire process, they can better understand my preferences and ensure that the final result aligns perfectly with my expectations.
(inwhich she did) Furthermore, building a rapport with the same technician can lead to a more enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere, which is essential during a pampering experience that then elevates the overall satisfaction and makes the indulgence truly worthwhile.

I recommend you ask for this as diva nails do some amazing designs and happy to accommodate you in any of your choosing, my only negative would be not having the same nail technician throughout without asking for this service.

I am really happy with my results and feel my nail technician did an amazing job with consistency and ensuring my design was meticulously met with quality and not rushed to get the next client done.

Black silver and ombré set

I returned to get another set done, this time a young lady that appeared less skilled did my nails! I say this because she was one of 3 ppl that did my nails on my very first visit that I want impressed with right from the off.
This time she was amazing and must have been training hard, she was vary attentive and perfected her art with such passion that I could almost feel her, she was extremely proud of what she had achieved and that I liked them.
Her price was £40 and i was happy to pay! Cant wait to come back to add more photos, next time i might try something more extreme. 🫶

Honestly, I didn’t like it at all. They made my nail very wide, big, and thick. I had to file my nails again when I got home, and the polish comes off by itself. I warned them multiple times and was told it would be fixed, but nothing was actually done. It really wasn’t worth the money.
