Love this place!! I always used to get acrylic because of the strength and durability of it, however, they introduced me to biab gel and it is an absolute game changer!! Will not look back! Much kinder to my nails and just as great. The team always do an amazing job. Thank you 🙏🥰

Edit: I've been in contact with USA Nails and they have agreed to redo my nails. They had a new trainee do them which is why they weren't right.

I've been to USA Nails Inverness at least 30 times now and each visit seems to yield worse results than the previous one.

I had my nails done yesterday, I asked for red chrome extensions. What I actually got was a horrible, washed out pink with a slight pearl effect layered over the top. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with the result. The swatches they give you to pick a colour never match up with what you get. The language barrier has become a huge issue for me because I feel like I can't communicate that I'm not happy. Last time I asked for.red and black ombre and got a dark brown/black ombre instead. Before that I asked for purple ombre, selected the purple I wanted, and received something today different. The results here are so inconsistent. I've had some really good work.dome in the past but yesterday's visit has really undone it all.

Yesterday's visit cost me £55 and I'm so unhappy with the results that I feel like cutting the extensions off and painting black over what's left.

Lovely finish on my nails but they filed the surface first. Would go again but make sure the don’t file my nails. This was my first time getting my nails done and staff were super helpful. Nice clean place over all.

I would highly recommend coming to USA nails for BIAB gel nails. I have been coming for six months, my nails have never looked better, strong, healthy and look fantastic. Staff are lovely also!

I’ve been visiting here for a few years now and used to get acrylic nails. Even though they were amazing looking I was damaging my nails after 10 years of acrylics and it was painful getting them done. I was recommended biab builder gel and after 4 months of getting biab here I have lovely long natural nails. Every nail tech I have had has been amazing and they genuinely care about their clients. I never thought I’d have long nails again but I will never go anywhere else!

AVOID!!! Went here several times for gel nails and now all my nails are extremely badly damaged. Now going elsewhere and nail technician advised all my nails have ‘lifted’ and come away from all nail beds, they are in such a bad state, even new nail technician said she’s never seen nails as badly damaged as mine and whilst nail treatment ongoing to help condition/repair them, been advised they might not be healthy or ever recover again!!! I’ve been getting nails done 20+ years and never had any issues until I went here. No point contacting them as no one speaks English. Would NOT recommend. Thanks for taking all my money, doing an extremely bad job and leaving me with horrendously damaged nails!!!!!
