I was over,in Inverness for an overnighter,today. Didn't get a chance to go to my usual beauty therapist, for eyebrow/chin/face wax. I phoned Angel, on the off chance, and got an appointment,no problem, with a lovely pleasant therapist called Ellen. I'd definitely return! thanks so much,for making me feel "at home ",like I was 'one of the locals'! Very reasonably priced clean,spacious, airy, highly recommended! Thanks 👍.

**back again, November 2025, Chloe, was my therapist today,and going back again,tomorrow,for a neck/back/shoulder massage! This is my salon,for when i visit Inverness,for a wee jaunt! Ty, lovely staff!** Charlotte was todays therapist,ty for a lovely massage.**

Most awful customer service experience ever, was traveling and googled a place in Inverness to get my eyebrows done, walked to this place and when knocking the door to request an appointment a grumpy crazy blond lady who claimed she was the only one there doing waxing, came out the door confusing me with another client being rude, accused me of calling the place and being told she had no space, she wouldn’t even let me inside the place or speak (I never called the place by the way ) so obviously it wasn’t me and she was wrong, didn’t even had the education or delicacy to ask what service I was looking for or if I wanted an appointment, never had such an experience in a place in any business I’ve been, so to me this crazy ladies shouldn’t be operating in services; In the end I googled again, went to sleeping beauty business and the lady was professional not only did a good job but a great customer service, fair price, better place even in decoration, and they don’t mistreat the customers who put money in their pockets or assume you are someone else and take their frustrations in life out on you.

This salon Is amazing. Laura the owner is fantastic, I get the best HD brows from Laura, all the girls in the salon are so friendly. I've had treatments from most of them. Beccas nails are out of this world she's so talented. Chloe is the best at lashes. Good prices. Salon so clean and tidy, products used are great. Defo give the salon a visit
