Prices are good, and looked pretty, but my nails and hands are now ruined. Had nails done in early/mid Feb, now April time, have had my nails soaked in acetone several times but still wont come off!! My natural nails are mega bendy now and just keep snapping. I've had terrible eczema on my hands ever since. Very rough done, first ever time getting my nails done "professionally" and honestly after this experience I dont think I ever will again.

Builder gel nail polish. Done in 20 minutes: worst nail treatment ever. Nails are wrecked from this one treatment. Very rough poor hygiene.

AVOID. Had nails done on New Year’s Eve, by older male employee. Sadly this was one of the roughest nail treatments I have ever had. It was rushed and uncomfortable. Rough handling of hands, skin scratched with machine. Hand thrust into lamp bashing polish on both thumbs. When I pointed this out was told I had bumped them. Never again and £45 for infill BIAB is ridiculous. Sadly can’t give 0 out of 5 as these nails don’t even look like they will last! Please do not think of asking me to come back as I do not live locally and would never put myself through that again!

Very grubby, no awareness of basic hygiene. I have been having my nails done for years and have never had them done so quickly, I felt the man was quite careless and just wanted it done as quickly as possible and wasn’t interested in doing a good job. I was charged £25 which was reasonable but I won’t be going there again.
