Astonishingly rude. I sat down to have my nails done by the woman in the glasses mentioned that it was for an occasion. She took that as a pass to become very rude and defensive. This was my first visit to this particular nail establishment and will certainly be my last. Completely irrational and rude behaviour. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, horrible experience. Not welcoming, not friendly and definitely not a relaxing environment.

I’ve just had my nails done and it was my first time returning to the salon after nearly three years.
The experience was excellent, and it reminded me why this has always been my first choice whenever I want my nails done.

This was my first time bringing my girlfriend to the salon, and we had a really great experience.
The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming, and the staff made us feel very comfortable.

My girlfriend was extremely happy with her nails, and the result was beautiful.
We both left feeling very happy and satisfied, and we will definitely be coming back again.

I had a great experience at The Nail Parlour.
Helen did my nails and she was absolutely lovely – very professional, gentle, and paid great attention to detail.

She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and the result was exactly what I wanted.
The salon has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit.

I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend Helen. I’ll definitely be coming back!

J’ai découvert le salon par hasard en me baladant dans la galerie. Il se trouve que je devais justement faire retirer des faux ongles et j’en ai profité pour faire manucure/pedicure. C’est Soe qui s’est occupé de moi et j’en suis ravie. Elle est minutieuse, professionnelle et très gentille. Je me suis blessé à un doigt, et elle a bien veillé à ne pas me faire mal. Je recommande ce salon évidemment !

Subject: Deeply Disappointed and Upset by Today’s Experience

I’m incredibly disappointed and embarrassed by the treatment I received at your salon today. I came in for gel nails and toes, and the gentleman assigned to me took my nails far too short, despite me clearly stating that I wanted to keep the length. On top of that, the nails were left uneven and wonky.

I tried to express my concerns politely, only to be approached rudely by the female manager who abruptly told me they would not be doing my nails, then walked away and ignored me completely — leaving me sitting there without any explanation. This was both confusing and humiliating, especially as it happened in front of other customers.

Apparently, the technician assigned was not able to do French nails, which I had asked for — yet your salon promotes fully trained staff. Why assign someone to a service they cannot deliver? I was treated with complete disregard, and the lack of basic customer service or respect was truly shocking.

This was only my second visit, but after today, I will not be returning. I left the shop in tears, feeling humiliated and unheard. I hope your team reflects seriously on the importance of professionalism, communication, and treating paying customers with respect.

Disgusted is an understatement.

Being from london we know a good nail shop... we loved it at first.... but then last 3 times they tried to overcharge me apparently needing removal which I didnt at all and did not have done. and did overcharge my daughter also. The nail quality the last times were not as good and the younger lady was rough with my hands and grumpy I warned her and she carried on until she cut under my nail making it bleed she tried to blame me goodness knows what for and cheek of it complained and refused to stamp my card twice for me and my daughter when I was paying.. and didnt entertain money off for hurting me and obviously making my finger bleed.. apparently they dont do much styles either. Sadly we are looking elsewhere .

The (male) staff lack(s) attention to detail and do(es) a rushed job. They lack customer service skills and just want to get paid after a a shabby job. I had the male staff and was disappointed by his lack of professionalism. The service was really not worth the money at all!
