Referring to the 'pink me up' pop up store on the ground floor of the Howard centre. Very rude. Went for eyebrow threading asked if I wanted my lip done and said no thank you. The woman laughed at me - happened the previous time where same woman asked the same, I said no thank you, and then she commented on how the lip hair was very long. If I want my lip done, I'll get my lip done. That doesn't justify rudeness or actual mockery. Horrid.

Fantastic service, the team are always so lovely, accommodating and friendly. Paula is very skilled with freshening up nails and toes!
The new scrub uniform is a slightly odd choice, makes them look like medical staff.
