Absolutely love my nails and she knew exactly what would suit my nails and guided me accordingly. Her knowledge regarding nails and designs was really impressive. Would high recommend getting your nails done here with pint.

My first time at magic nails salon yesterday Saturday was worst they messed me about as my original appointment was at 12:45pm they left me voice message to let me know the nail technician was running very late and asked if I could come between half 1pm and 1:35pm I agreed to this and then they phoned me saying i could come in early as well as coming at half 1pm so we agreed for half 12pm waited outside the salon as I was too early then went inside at 12:23pm they booked me in and told me to wait on the sofa then I received WhatsApp message instead of them coming over and speaking with me and said why couldn’t I do half 1pm or I wanted to come in early I replied back to them saying I had 2 different informations from them and 2 different times then lady finally comes over to me and said sorry can you come back at half 1pm so I told her in a fuming voice you are messing me about now and she could only say sorry when it’s not good enough why book me in then and waste my time . They were very lucky I came back and it was my first time and didn’t feel welcomed tried to have conversation with Jen and didn’t understand me and was on her phone while doing my nails and spoke in her own language. Then they lie to there customers as they agreed with me they would only charge me £42 pound for a full acrylics set and also using there uv light and when I went up to pay they told me I had 2 discounts and still came to £52 which is disgusting . It’s such a shame as Jen did do an amazing job on my nails but sadly had an unfair experience and they will not have my service again please don’t waste your money with magic nails they are not worth it .

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I waited around 20–25 minutes before my appointment started, which I understand can happen. I booked a BIAB removal and reapplication with a clear top coat only, no colour, yet was charged £46. My previous BIAB wasn’t fully removed, even though that’s what I paid for, so it felt more like an infill, and for that price I expected better. Most of my nails were left bumpy, with no cuticle work done. The staff member was lovely, but she was handling both reception and treatments, which reflects poor management rather than her service. For the price, the quality didn’t match expectations. This used to be my go-to salon, but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
