The salon itself has a really nice atmosphere, and the manager was very kind and welcoming. However, I’m sorry to say that the nail technicians are not professional at all. They don’t seem to have proper skills or training, and unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was really disappointed with the results.

I had a really great experience at Luxe Nails Land.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, calm, and genuinely luxurious. The whole space is very well presented and maintained to a high standard, which immediately puts you at ease.
The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and attentive throughout. Nothing felt rushed, and they were very helpful in making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything.
It’s not just a nail appointment, it feels like a proper self-care experience.
I left feeling relaxed, looked after, and really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

I come here every 3–4 weeks for my manicure and pedicure and it’s easily my favourite salon in Watford. I’ve tried loads of places, but nothing beats this one. My nails actually last, and the team are always so friendly.

Had gel nails done at this place when it newly opened but the service and quality was appalling. Gel was pasted past my nails and it quickly peeled off. Also it was not smooth on my nails but lumpy. Very unhappy and decided I will never come to this place again. However, I had to get me gels removed and as it was closest to me, I thought what could go wrong. The guy who removed my gel, removed most of my nail too. Nails are now very thin and fragile. Please avoid this place.
