I’ve been coming here for years, that may change after today. I had aggressive and rude service from a male technician with a long pointy nail. He kept digging his nail into my hand and shooing my hand away aggressively when swapping over hands. This resulted in a cut on my finger. He tried to laugh it off. I complained at the end of the service to the older male and he gave me a fiver for this cut, which is honestly not enough. I’ve had to disinfect my hand to be on the safe side. It’s made me nervous after reading the reviews on here.

Came in on sunday, wasn’t busy was only two other other clients. Paid nearly 40£ for short acrylic french nails. very poorly done, did not even push back my cuticles let alone clean them up a little bit i had to spend an hour doing it myself when i realised and now they look a week overgrown!!!! I want a refund and will be coming back for one

Tools were not sterilised between clients. Shortly after treatment, a severe nail infection developed requiring hospital treatment and nail removal unfortunately . Still under the treatment after a visit at a&e and dose of an antibiotic.

This place is the best if you want to get your nails on budget(mine was £50) and want it to look good. I had a walk in appointment and showed them the inspo picture and got a price and did it under 2 hours and even got compliments on how it looked good!!

I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon without a prior appointment for an impromptu manicure. I did have to wait about 20 or so minutes but was seen and my nail technician did a good job. They are a cash-only establishment and they didn’t mind that I had to walk to a nearby NatWest to get some cash. I left a tip as well. I had a good experience here.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. The waiting times are ridiculous — even with an appointment, you can end up waiting 1–2 hours. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to wait even longer. The pricing is also all over the place and seems to depend on who serves you. A basic set with just colour and a normal polish on toes cost me around £50 one time, but when I went back for the exact same thing with a different person, I was charged £70. There’s no consistency and it feels very unfair.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had both a manicure and pedicure with gel shellac, and everything was done with great precision and care. The attention to detail was outstanding, very gentle and professional. Another big plus was the wide selection of gel polish colors – it felt truly unlimited! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality nail care in a clean and relaxing environment.

Came in for a French manicure on my toes asked for short he only filed them, they are all wonky and the white line isn't straight on any of them, that's twice now I wont be back a 3rd time

I have been here a couple of times for a pedicure. I really love their service. The staff is amazing. They give an expert finish to the nail polishes. One thing to note is that you need to carry cash for payment as they do not take online payment.
