I have used their services 4 times and this will be my last. The staff is very polite and kind and they have a wide range of polishes which makes it very easy to choose but they do not put powder from the bottom the nails which means the nails need to be re-done in less than 3 weeks. I had my nails done on Saturday and it has only been 4 days but my nails look like they did it more than 10 days ago.

on website it said it was €27 then when i went to get my nails done, it was £52. Nails broke off within 2 days. Disappointed l

Phenomenal service , great atmosphere and very gentle nail technicians. I really struggle to sit still but they really helped me relax. Also these are my natural nails and they made them look unreal. Thank you

Been there for the 2nd time. It was a disaster. Nail shape is so wrong, french tip not accurate. Staff is really busy and rushing to take another client. Called to take off everything but they not willing to accommodate. My first time was perfect and this was the reason to go again. Unfortunately not worth the price. Considering paying 42£ for biab with crooked french tip.

Finally i was accomodated by the owner Chi, she redid the shape of my nail and french tip. She was very kind to be and made sure i left with a smile.

Went to this shop because i found their instagram and their nail art looked amazing! When i went i requested a design with a french tip and some stars and it turned out so bad. i was to anxious to say anything to my nail artist as it was the first time ive ever got my nails done and i was hoping it would get better… but it did not. the french tip was blotchy and not straight. the nails were wonky and the stars literally were blobs. not to mention the actual nail base was completely wrong for my skin tone. overall a bad experience and didn’t feel very welcome either. it’s put me off nail salons completely.

Absolutely the best place to get nails done. I always have a pedicure and shellac nails and am never disappointed. Parking can be a pain as it’s near the station so be careful where you park to avoid getting a ticket

I had 'phoned for an appt. which was made. On arrival they ignored me completely and then looked puzzled when I told them I had made an appt. days earlier.
Took absolutely no notice of what I had asked for, did the design I showed them completely differently and then WAIT FOR IT
"CASH ONLY" which was not told to me on booking.
Will never go here again and do not recommend
