I’ve been coming here for years and always used to be happy, but lately the service has really gone downhill. My last few visits have been disappointing, and today my gel manicure was rushed through in about 15 minutes. The layers were applied very thinly, the tips aren’t properly covered, and I can already tell it won’t last. It’s really disappointing as someone who used to love coming here.

After trying several nail salons in northwood, I am very happy to have visited Miracle Nails today. Julie was wonderful, welcoming and patient. I walked in with no appointment and she still accommodated me. I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and not to mention extremely thorough and tidy job she did on my nails. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

They were able to very nicely squeeze me in right before Xmas. Louise (I believe that is her name, if it’s not I apologise!) did my nails and was so sweet despite being so busy. Some of the best nails I’ve had after some very bad experiences at other places. I highly recommend but 100% book!

Went in this afternoon got sat straight away was all fine, after a while they asked me about the colour and I explained how I didn’t want any of their glitter polishes as it wasn’t the right blue I was looking for for the design I showed them but just wanted a simple blue (that I actually liked) with a an easy glitter on top, after being asked multiple times by 2 different people it was clear that they were not communicating but were clearly talking about it and customers among themselves.
The colour I got was not what I asked for and In fact the total opposite of what I wanted. I told them a couple times and one of the gentlemen said it was fine if I wanted a plain blue with a glitter on top - (they even got the two colours out for me and out them in the counter) so I didn’t think anything of it but after a while they have seemed to ignore me and continued even after telling them many times about the colour, one of the managers of the nail bar came to me and explained that I then couldn’t do a plain blue with a glitter on top but that I HAD to pick one of the sparkly blues that I didn’t like, after that I just gave up and chose the colour as I couldn’t keep explaining the same thing again and again. In the end I just said it was fine and then tried to explain to the manager that I wasn’t happy with the colour but she was very rude, did not and could not take any criticism that they did anything wrong nor did she even take any responsibility for telling me what I asked for and had the audacity to tell me that I did not say any of these things, in fact I was told me that I was wrong in what I told them I wanted, which I was very VERY specific about.
I will never go here ever again, they are rude, unaccountable, unfriendly and it was very uncomfortable being there. It totalled to £51 - I did not pay this as why would I pay for something that I don’t like or happy about.

I never had a bad experience with this salon before but lately, looks like they only rushing with nails now. 2 weeks ago, I had pedicure and take off plus gel nail done. I've spent a bit of money... pedicure was done by John. when I put my toes in the lamp the colour have shrank a bit on both toes. I didn't want to say anything but i should of, he put the top coat on it and I'm sure he relised him self but didn't do anything about it.
I had my nails done by Julie for the first time, my nails next day were full of air inside them and my hair was getting caught in it, even doe I literally took them off and put fresh gel on it . I was very upset about it...

Even doe I still returned to this salon today thinking to give them a last chance. My nails were done in 20 minutes!! I understand that they are busy, but I'm paying for this service which is not even done properly. My fingers are covered in gel, had to come home and scrub it off. On the sides I have to file them myself because i had bits sticking out. Not going to mention how fat they are.

Will never return again.

Language barrier meant my technician did not understand what I had requested so I came away with the wrong shaped nails and was made to feel like an idiot when I asked for the shape to be more pointy. Not an enjoyable experience.

For £53 it wasn’t worth it. Usually costs around £33 for removal of biab/gel and replacement but this was far more expensive for quite poor service. The nail technician didn’t clean off the dust from my hands or nails properly and I left with copious amounts all over my hands. The nail tip was done quite poorly and thick and the nail shape was also not done well. It’s quite hard to communicate this across and once the first nail was shaped, it’s impossible to go back. The thickness of the nail tip paint varied from nail to nail. I’m so disappointed with the job and for a steep price of £53 I would not be returning. I saw the nail technician had left nail polish on my skin and under my nails, I returned back to ask for it to be removed and they didn’t seem happy and were talking about my request.
Theres more affordable salons with better results for that price. Disappointing

normally don’t leave bad reviews and usually don’t have any issues here as I always get my eyebrows done here. haven’t seen the lady that usually does them around in past weeks and was due getting my eyebrows done so thought I would go to the person replacing her/covering for her.

She did a terrible job leaving my eyebrows totally out of shape. Outrageous. Had to go home and attempt to fix them but they’re so crooked! I pointed it out to the lady whilst I was still there and she refused to fix them as she said they look the same (which they did NOT!). Won’t be going bad and would advise people to steer away.
