Kawaii Nails

Hi, you had a take off for all your old acrylic set today and had a new full set with French tip which is 47pounds. I let you know full set acrylic is £37 and +£5 for French tips and another £5 for take off old acrylic that’s why it was £47. But when finished you asked for takeoff only which is £15 if you don’t renew Fullset. You had a full takeoff and renew and we only charged £5 for your takeoff on top of the new set(£37) and french(£5). You say our prices are extremely high- I’m sure if you go to all the other nail salons on the high street you won’t find any other places cheaper. These prices have been set 5 years ago and theyve not been changed by a penny. If you wanted a cheaper option you could have opted for infills which would be £28 and +£5 for french tips. It’s ridiculous to rate us 1 star and say we charge expensive prices when our prices are similar to other salons. I hope you understand.

Hi Ava, you came today to have a nail repair. We were very busy at the time but we still tried our best and sacrificed other customers to get your repair done. One of our staff saw that your hands were quite sweaty. We understand that this could be due to a condition you have which isn’t your fault. When you have the acrylic done on your nails, your hands that are moist can interfere with the drying of the acrylic nails and the nails won’t last long due to the moist hands.
We have had situations like this and we know for the past. You didn’t book or call before to come the salon to get a repair, our staff used their time to repair your nail, free of charge and you still seem very ungrateful. You lied on the review saying your finger bled which is completely a lie and you should be shameful of that.
Also we checked our booking, you had your nails done 9 days ago not less than a week ago like you stated. Disgraceful. Majority of out customers who get acrylics done, their nails are durable.

you did not have a BIAB treatment at my salon you only come to have a Take off for your nails. Our own usual BIAB would just come off easily when you soak off for around 5-10 minutes. The BIAB you had done from a different salon was tough and we let you soak off for you 15+ minutes, it did not come off and we have to drill a lot. We didn’t want to do this for you as it would ruin your natural nails which is no good. When the technician tried to shape your nail it was too thin and she couldn’t shape it up. Furthermore before the takeoff procedure, one of the technicians has already warned you that your natural nails will be very thin and damaged. We always to take care of our clients natural nails. We tried our best to help you take off your BIAB nails as you had an operation soon, we think it is unfair you have rated 1 star. Sorry for your complaint and we hope you understand our point.
