Be very wary of buying a gift voucher from Olive and Bay. A long term, loyal customer purchased one for me, on behalf of a group of friends, for my 50th birthday for a total of £150. Unfortunately, I had a terrible year and wasn't able to book my treatments. I called them 6 weeks after the voucher expired, explaining my situation, but they said they wouldn't honour the voucher. This is just too much money for my friends to waste, especially as Olive and Bay hadn't incurred any costs themselves. I appreciate there needs to be a expiry date on vouchers for practical reasons but there also needs to some flexibility on their side too.

My first visit to Olive and Bay as I was given a beauty voucher. Molly gave me a lovely pedicure and Amy took over for me to have St Tropez tan. Both treatments were done very professionally and friendly. The salon has a nice atmosphere. All staff were immaculately dressed and every piece of equipment was sanitised between clients. Their clientele were also very friendly

Last minute booking last week before holiday , with very little notice. Lovely salon , professional and friendly service . First time at this salon and I have tried many local in the area but this is my favourite and will be booking in regularly. I had an eyebrow wax , tint and a manicure . Amy was attentive, very professional and engaging . The manager who came in whilst on leave was also lovely, happy to chat and clearly loves the business . A real gem to the area

My partner booked in for a set of gel nails two weeks ago at £38 online. When paying was told it was now £56 because the person was “now qualified”. When questioned the manager or owner rudely said “well peoples prices go up” and kept repeating “she’s now qualified”.

I understand prices rise, but if someone had booked in TWO WEEKS AGO and can prove the booking price on email, it should absolutely be honoured.

Nails look alright to be fair - not the best work but definitely not the worst, minor bleeding in two places.

Probably wouldn’t recommend based on their prices being inaccurate and the terrible customer service, there are SO many better beauty spots that will take care of you properly.

Nobody should walk out of a beauty salon feeling terrible!

I have visited 3 times in the last month for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and manicure. Molly is brilliant. Easy to chat to and very professional and friendly. So glad I’ve started using this salon for much needed pampering!
