Been looking for a local salon to start my nail journey, having tried to do them by myself and miserably failing. I contacted the salon via email as I wanted to make sure the booking was going to be for the right treatment for me. Anastasia was super helpful and suggested I could see Jess the following day, which I did. Jess was patient and helped me choose the best nails that fit my lifestyle, I absolutely love my nails and have already booked to be back!

Had such a lovely relaxing pedicure before my wedding. Also Anastasia gave me the same colour nail varnish to do my nails the following day which was very helpful. I've been there a few times now and I always have a lovely experience. Fully recommend!

A hidden little gem that everyone needs to know about!

My friend and I went in for a foot massage and pedicure as a treat. We were warmly welcomed and greeted by the lovely Anastasia and Emily. The foot massages were yet again out of this world! We were both relaxed and fell asleep. I felt like I was in there for about an hour and was so relaxed. It was lovely to switch off from the busy world for a bit and I cannot recommend this treatment enough.

Palm Holistics is super clean, relaxing, vibrant and has such a calming energy. You can tell that customer experience and satisfaction is at the forefront of the business. A customer came in whilst I was waiting for my friend to finish and it was clear to see the strong relationships are that are built by the ladies.

Thank you again Anastasia and Emily for all that you did and we will certainly be back again! 💜💫🙌🏽

Absolutely gorgeous salon! My best friend had organised a bridal treatment for me and her before my big day and Anastasia pulled out all the stops. We were treated with a lovely afternoon tea and stunning treatments. I received a pedicure, brow wax and full body massage and the price for all three was fantastic and well worth it. My body massage by emma was absolutely incredible the best massage I have ever gotten. Will definitely come back to her. Thank you for being such lovely ladies and starting my wedding week off with a bang x

This is my favourite salon, I'm so lucky it's also very close to me. I had the skincare analysis facial with Anastasia, she was extremely professional and friendly, informed me about my current skin issues and how to treat them, as well as using the appropriate products during the facial to help my skin as much as possible. I was very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my facial. I have also been here for massages and nails in the past and will continue to use my favourite salon. Thank you!!! Highly recommend

"I recently had an uncomfortable interaction at Palm Holistics in Woolmer Green, Hertfordshire. After missing my scheduled appointment (which was my fault), I went to the spa to discuss the situation in person. During my conversation with the reception supervisor, the interaction became tense. When I decided to leave the conversation, the supervisor called after me telling me not to walk away. This type of confrontational customer service was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a more professional approach to handling the situation."
