Lovely staff who were able to recommend products based not only on my needs but also on the current offers. It was quite busy when I went but it didn’t lessen their levels of customer service and there was still plenty of stock available. The store was clean and well organised. Keep it up!

Ita like walking into a disco,the music is so loud,it's ment to be back ground music.For people with hearing aids this is very hard for them to hear other sounds around. Alway a que at the till with 1 person serving.

I went in to return some sealed, unused make up. I was told by the manager they don’t accept returns and I should know this as there are signs up all over the store. Firstly, I had purchased the items from another store. Secondly, I’ve since spoken to customer services who advise they do accept returns!

Went in with my American lady who is staying and wanted mascara. We asked a polite female member of staff to find such items She showed my American lady where her mascara was and the items were duly purchased. Excellent.

Probably the best stocked, and neatest, Superdrug store that I've visited. Loads of stock, very tidy and clean and very wide aisles. So much better than the Boots a few doors down.

So glad we finally have a Superdrug in Berko. Went there over the weekend with my wife and we loved it! Team members are really nice and a great range of products. The young lad who served me was super friendly, and signed us up with a health and beauty card, which has a load of great benefits. Will definitely come more regularly!
