Avoid this place at all costs. Incredibly poor service resulting in damaged eyebrows and a poor finish, raised this feedback to the store and asked for them to remedy however no response was forthcoming. Having heard nothing back, a review on Fresha was made concerns of the aptitude of the staff (or lack thereof!) however this was promptly deleted by them.
Even if this was your last resort, avoid, you'd be better off letting your children have a go as the finish will no doubt be much better than these cowboys.

Very disappointed with my experience. Paid almost 40 for a brow wax and dye and eyelash dye. There was basically no shaping done to my eyebrows and the skin badly damaged so I couldn’t ask for more shaping to be done if I wanted too. The dye came off after 2 days. The eyelash dye went in my eyes so badly and dyed my eyelids too. Just not the professional service I would expect. I’ve never had skin damage like this before when having a professional service.
Tried to contact for over a week and no response at all. Avoid. Will find elsewhere to go in future.

Very disappointed with the luxury manicure experience and with the management of this place. Paid before the treatment as it was with normal nail varnish. Emailed the manager the same day with a request for at least a partial refund (unable to have luxury aspect of manicure on the left hand after skin on my middle finger was removed with the cuticle trimmer instead of trimming the cuticle, finger was bleeding for hours after). No reply to my email after 6 weeks. Will not return.

Very disappointed. I had booked in for several treatments a day before my birthday, just to turn up in the afternoon to be told that my numerous appointments had all been cancelled due to illness and that someone left a message. When I said that I didn’t receive a call, I was argued with and told that their system showed they had called. I replied again that I hadn’t received a voice message and that email, text or WhatsApp would have been better, just to be told that only their manager had email access and that they were away (sorry, but their staffing level is not my concern). Interestingly, I received an email cancellation 15 minutes after I walked out of the salon. They use an automated system so could have easily alerted me of the cancellation, ahead of time, and there is no doubt in my mind that no efforts had been made to contact me prior to the appointment, leaving me stranded for my birthday. I feel sad that this salon doesn’t care. Had I known earlier, I could have booked somewhere else. I know it’s a 1st world problem but I don’t get pampered often and wanted to look nice for my birthday. I hadn’t been very happy with an appointment there a month ago or so, when the beautician kept on interrupting my appointment to speak to walk ins and answer phone calls. Shame really as I had some previous appointments that were really good, but it seems if someone is off sick, the other beauticians don’t hold themselves accountable for the clients.

I had a facial done by a lovely girl yesterday and this deserves a longer review because she was amazing! Before the treatment I explained to her that my skin was very sensitive and I had some bad experiences somewhere in the past. She listented to my concerns and we went over the exact Dermalogica products that would be
used during the treatment. She was verty gentle and provided treatment
beyond my expectations!
Highly recommended place!

I got the HD Brow Sculpt a few weeks ago and they are amazing! I was hesitant to try brow lamination but the beautician was very kind and I’m so happy with the result, I will definitely be returning!
