Thank you for booking your appointment with JA Nails. We value one of our clients and strive to provide the highest level of service to each person who walks through our doors.

You had an appointment scheduled with us 9:00 am yesterday. In preparation for your visit, we arrived early and, out of respect for your time and privacy, refrained from calling before your appointment to confirm your attendance. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but we were disappointed not to receive any prior notice regarding your cancellation.

Out of consideration for your booking , we declined other clients who wished to schedule at the same time. We waited until 9:05am and attempted to contact you multiple times before receiving your message letting us know you were unable to attend due to travel. While we completely understand that situations arise, last-minuets cancellations or no show without notice-do have a significant impact on small business like ours.

We do not require deposits for booking and trust our clients to inform us when plans change. A simple message, even just and hour in advance, would allow us to offer the slot to another client who may be in need. You can easily reach us anytime via phone, Facebook, or Instargram, all of which are available 24/7

We believe in respectful and open communication and are grateful for your past visits. We hope this message is received in the spirit of understanding and mutual respect. If our note has caused any frustration or influenced your impression of our salon, we kindly ask you to reconsider, as our intent is only to improve our service and maintain strong relationships with all our valued clients.

We hope you doing well. At J A Nails , we opened our salon with the goal of serving all our customers with care and professionalism. Thanks to the ongoing support and trust of our loyal clients, we have grown into a busy and well- loved nail salon.

Because of this , most of our clients understand the importance of booking appointments in advance to ensure they receive timely service. Like many other businesses such as beauty salons , restaurants, or supermarket, we follow a system that allows us to serve everyone fairly and efficiently-this sometimes means waiting or booking ahead when we are at full capacity .

We understand that walked in for the second time without an appointment, and we truly appreciate your interest in our service. However,as you saw,all our technicians were actively working on clients with scheduled appointments,and others were waiting their turn. In fairness to them, we could not interrupt their service to accommodate a walk-in, and we kindly informed you that we fully booked.

We respect and value every customer equally,but to maintain order and fairness,we must prioritise those with appointments. Once we are available,we are always happy to assist walk-in clients .
