Paid £50 for these nails and I’m really disappointed The first photo is what I got and the second is what i asked for. Not only does the design look messy and uneven compared to the inspiration picture but the nail shape is also not what I asked for at all. I told the nail tech the shape I wanted, but she didn’t seem to listen and felt very rushed throughout the appointment. On top of that my nails actually hurt afterwards which has never happened to me before. For £50, I expected much better service, care, and attention to detail.

Everyone was so rude to me, I suffer from mental health, last time I went there I was crying because I haven't left my house for years and i wouldn't stop till my son got there. This time it happened again but I am trying to get out the house more to help my situation, the owner said to me in front of everyone if your gonna cry like a baby leave my shop. She doesn't has compassion for people that have mental health problems and I came out of there with my nails wonky and sharp edges. She also then had the courage to say my daughter should come tomorrow. This is not acceptable.

These were supposed to have been my birthday nails. They were done in 15 mins. Lady didn’t even ask how short I wanted my nails to be. Nails unevenly cut and not smoothened properly and 3 coats of unevenly applied shellac that made my natural nails look horrid. Luckily I didn’t go ahead with the pedicure. Walked down to the precinct to book a proper pedicure (and manicure!) at another salon. Paid £25 for this and it is the worst I’ve had. A very rushed job as she had a regular coming in while my nails were being done. While I understand that I was a walk-in, I wish they had the basic courtesy to turn me down and not do a rushed horrible job. It’s all about the money I guess.

Walked in to have infills yesterday. Didn't have an appointment, waited abit as busy, had just over an hour to pick my little boy up from nursery they they managed to pull it off., worked very well under pressure and gave me yet again a beautiful set of nails 💅 ✨️

They're always very welcoming on arrival, make you feel comfortable, and relaxed 😌 good communication 👌 love them ❤️

Wow what can I say absolutely over the moon with my nails they did them exactly how I wanted them they were polite, and the music playing was brilliant I will definitely be coming back i also got £10 off when u spend £40 so for a full set of ombre £30 it's a deal on until the 12th april xxx

Absolutely shocked with how they treated my friend not only did she have to wait absolutely ages before even being seen after saying they aren’t busy when calling up when she sat down they went back and fourth between 2/3 people doing there nails leaving her there for ages putting on the acrylic so so thin hurting her there so bad it’s clear they just want as many customers for money and not actually taking care off the customers they have infront off them! Don’t go here!!!!!!!!!

10/10 experience. Went there today with my friend after calling for an appointment this morning. Staff were friendly, caring and made us feel very comfortable, went above and beyond. Nails are perfect and exactly how I wanted them couldn't have wished for better. Will definitely be back! Very very happy, service and value top notch.
