Called in to book an appointment and the person of the phone was extremely rude answering the phone with a “WHOS CALLING” I asked if it was agora clinic he didn’t answered and hung up on me. When I called back again as I thought I had the wrong number he was extremely rude didn’t care about why I was calling but I explained anyways and he said that the reason why he was so rude is because someone called asking if they were the call center (????) I don’t know how does that relate to new customers but ok. After when he noticed I was a new customer (still with a rude attitude) he said he could transfer my call to someone else that could help and I said no thank you if you are rude like that I can’t imagine the rest of the team.
So thank you so much for being extremely rude and having a terrible attitude.

I was recommended to see Nathan by a lot of people when I experienced a running injury.

Nathan put me at ease immediately and helped me get back to full fitness very quickly, in fact I hobbled in and walked out. He also found out about a medical condition that I have and his treatments were very sympathetic to my own needs.
