Ayano Spa

Thank you for taking the time to leave this detailed review. We are very sorry your visit did not meet expectations and that the relaxation room, shower area and overall presentation felt unfinished and misleading compared with our website images. I’m glad your wife enjoyed her massage and that the staff and afternoon tea were positives, and I apologise for the lack of adequate utensils and the poor condition of some areas. We are actively addressing the building works, upgrading furnishings and plumbing, adding additional facilities, and will update our website photos to accurately reflect the current state. If you would like us to make this right please contact our manager via the booking email or phone number on our website and we will prioritise your feedback.
