Kylee made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. The clinic itself was lovely — fresh, clean, and really inviting. My consultation was professional but still super relaxed, and I learned a lot of really interesting things. There was absolutely no pressure to book anything or commit to expensive treatments, which I really appreciated. I felt heard, supported, and left feeling really positive about the next steps in my skin journey.

I struggle with adult acne, and Kylee took the time to listen to all my concerns, carefully check my skin, and suggest some great treatment options. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more professional yet supportive consultation — it’s helped me see my biggest insecurity in a much more positive light.

Update: The peel treatments have made such a dramatic difference to my skin. Kylee as always is so professional, informative and caring. I can’t thank her enough, I would recommend skin spa over and over again!
