Horrific service to my and my sister when getting our nails done.checked the prices online the day before and they said 25 for gel plus 50p for design wich we didn’t mind paying but went to go checkout and they charged us almost £80.the man was extremely rude and unwelcoming.i mentioned cutting my cuticle a few days before and they went ahead and took off the majority of it whilst working acting like nothing happened.he also ignored a customer when she asked how long the wait time was,and was very aggressive with my nails after he put the plastic false nail on and then continued to act like nothing happened after me and my sister burned ourselfs under the light.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. The man who did my nails was rough, had no manners, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’ve since realised this place is linked to The Nail Lab (pink nails same company and staff) just down the road – both have the same staff and the same bad attitude. I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Got charged £33 for plain biab on my natural nails. No acrylic, no gems just varnish. Every-time I’ve been here I’ve always been charged £25-£28.

Never been charged this much before. I will not be going here again to have the piss taken out of me!!!
Watch your purse’s.
