I've had nothing but the best service from Lisa at New Image in the seven or so years I've been a regular customer. The chats during my regular CACI facials are a tonic in themselves! Happy also with the brow and lash tints I book several times a year. Lisa is unfailingly welcoming, cheerful, knowledgeable and professional - visiting her and supporting her business is a joy.

Highly recommend New Image- I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my monthly Hollywood wax, eyelash and eyebrow tinting. I have extremely sensitive skin but have never had an issue.
The salon is always immaculate. Staff are friendly, efficient and give excellent advice before and after all treatments. They'll advise against any treatment that might be unsuitable for my skin type and explain why. Putting professional integrity before money making speaks for itself.

Went for an underarm and bikini wax and have come away burned - to the extent that the skin came off and it’s still bleeding 2 days later. I repeatedly told the technician it was painfully hot and it was dismissed every time. She obviously would have seen something was amiss and didn’t say a single thing or apologise.
To top it off I was left waiting on the table while the technician took a phone call for 10 minutes.
The company was good in replying quickly and gave me a refund for the bikini wax, however, I am still baffled that a seemingly basic part of a wax - not burning people - was so badly managed.
