Hi Amber, am sorry you and your friend have not had a good experience. I can not be clear on which technician you were referring to as you both had different technicians. I apologise your friend had to opt for a different design to what was wanted but after arriving 20 minutes late to her appointment the technician accommodated what she could as you had traveled far so so didn't want to refuse treatment which is our usual policy after 15 minutes.. We work back to back on appointments so cannot run into other booking time.
I agree nails should, and always have with our client last 3-4 weeks so nails lasting only 5 days is certainly a 1st for us. Had you got in contact we would have done our best to rectify them for you or issue a refund with evidence they had not lasted. But as there has been no contact with the salon and it has been 5 weeks since your appointment it is out of our policy time for refunds.
Once again I am sorry you feel you didn't experience our award winning customer experience and will take this review as a wish to cancel your upcoming appointments, so we can issue them to people on our waiting list.
