AVOID THIS PLACE !!

I went to this centre on 17th April for a gel pedicure for the first time after seeing good reviews and expecting a professional service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. The attached picture clearly shows the poor quality of the service. After spending 90 minutes removing my old gel and having the pedicure done, this was the final result.

I messaged Issy afterwards and explained that I was unhappy. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she told me she had spoken to the person who did my pedicure and claimed that I had asked them not to remove my cuticles, which is completely untrue. I then said I simply wanted the untidy gel removed and a refund, as I had paid £55. She agreed and said she would issue the refund.

However, it has now been nearly 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. On top of that, my messages are being ignored. This is completely unacceptable and feels very dishonest.

Amazing Indian Head Massage, really impressed. Very professional environment and easy to park and access. Took a while to book as Issy was impossible to get hold of (called several times but always went to voicemail and sent a WhatsApp which was delivered but not opened after 2+ weeks). Couldnt book online as I had a voucher and the code did not work on the website. Walked in and managed to make an appt with a colleague who then did my massage. But overall very impressed, would return.

Absolutely loved the message Fi gave me.
I think is one of the best massages I have ever had. I had a full body Swedish massage. It wasn’t one of those “relaxing massages” that put you asleep.. this was a massage that made me feel energised and removed tension on my back, also it made my legs feel lighter.
She also performed a bit of lymphatic drainage massage and I felt the effects straight away. Highly recommended. K

Had a wonderful de-stress massage with Minnie. She checked I was happy with the pressure and pressed harder/lighter in areas where I was more sensitive. It was super relaxing and Minnie was lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back x

Brilliant holistic massage. I have just had a deep tissue massage with Minnie and have immediately rebooked. The whole experience is relaxing from start to finish. Lovely warm room, heated blanket on the couch and a wonderful massage which ironed out all the knots. Minnie noticed the bits which needed extra care and I floated out of there at the end. I can highly recommend.
