Had short haircut and loved the results, very neat and tidy. Apprentice hairdresser was brilliant, - friendly enthusiastic and keen to do the best job for me. Both care and service given was fantastic and I would definitely recommend bon vivant work and staff, so well done! Massage and hair today fantastic. Came to Eilidh with worsening lower back and buttock pain. She recognised straight away what the issue was and worked on the muscles precisely and effectively-came off the table a new woman. So fab having a masseuse trained and knowledgeable in sports/msk issues as well as giving super relaxing massages. I've been to Eilidh for Swedish, revival and sports massages and all fantastic. Also booked in with Megan for cut and colour. First time meeting Megan-she made me feel so relaxed with such a gentle and friendly manner and managed to brush out my very tuggy hair without me feeling a twinge. Really enjoyed a wee head massage when having hair washed out and I love the finished result of the colour and cut. We were both giggling by end of the app, I'll certainly be back to see her! As always, Bon Vivant is the perfect remedy.

I am absolutely dis gusted with the service I have just had from this company. I had my hair coloured n not fault it was lovely. However I missed an appointment due to my dad being rushed to hospital having 7 blood transplants was in a critical condition and could have died. The last thing on my mind was to call the Salon at that time. No compassion from them what so ever. Which it just awful. They say I need to pay another £80. Before I can have my cookie redone paying another £80 and I also got a birthday voucher for a massage which I certainly will not be using so another waste of money. I would revert going here as the compassion from the girl was disgusting and had no sympathy that my father could have passed away.

This is a beautiful Salon with fabulous staff. I have been seeing Eilidh for over 10 years since before she opened in Firhill. The massage and beauty treatments she offers are absolutely fantastic and I am so happy to see this business thrive. You will not be dissapointed with the attention to detail or welcoming nature of all the ladies here, a real gem in Glasgow's salon scene.
