Came here for my bridal nails along with my mum and sister. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a drink and made to feel so welcome. As I have said to Nina a few times, the place is super relaxing and made me feel so calm. My nails were PERFECT for my wedding day. Will definitely be back.

First time ever leaving a negative review, but I’m genuinely shocked at the service from a salon I used to rave about.

I spoke to a member of staff on Saturday who asked if I could change my appointment time. I asked if there was the option to cancel without a fee - however if there was a fee it was no problem to come in at my original time. She assured me (by text) there would be no issue and that she’d confirm either way.

To my surprise, I was instantly charged 50%. I messaged to question this and explained what I’d said: that I was happy to keep my appointment if there was a cancellation fee. Instead, I was told my appointment was already gone and that the fee could only be applied to a future booking.

The irony here is that the very reason for a cancellation fee—to protect the business from a lost appointment—doesn’t apply, since they’d already rebooked my slot. When I pointed this out, my messages were ignored. I was also told someone would call me back. That never happened.

It’s not about the money; it’s the complete lack of customer service and accountability.

Had the best time getting my nails done today with the lovely Nina! I get really anxious going to new places, but she was so patient, kind, and just the sweetest. She did an amazing job on my nails—I’m obsessed! I’ve been looking for a new salon for a while, and I think I’ve finally found the one. Can’t wait to come back and see Nina again! The salon itself is gorgeous and super relaxing, and I was lucky that it was nice and quiet too. I would 100% recommend over and over again! All of the girls were lovely too.

I had the spa pedicure today with Kimberley and it was FANTASTIC! You can pick a silent treatment which I did which was a lovely choice to be able to switch off and stare into space and not feel awkward! Kimberley did an amazing job on my toenails I’ve never seen them look so good, Thank you! The salon itself is so warm and comfortable and clean. Great choice of gel colours too! Quite expensive but you are paying for quality and I would rather pay more and know how good its going to be, than go somewhere cheaper and most likely be disappointed, as I have done in the past. Honestly if I could afford to, I’d come back all the time and try all the treatments.
Thanks again, I will be back!

The salon is so chilled and comfortable and the staff are great. I've had several spa pedicures done by Paulina and they are super relaxing and my feet are always so soft afterwards! Paulina also does my brow wax and tint and I loveee how she makes my brows look. Thank you :)

First time being in the salon. Got a Swedish massage from kimberley (I think) First massage I've had that hit all the right places. Nearly fell asleep as soon as I was on the heated bed. Very relaxed.Pure bliss Will definitely be back!
