Went in for biab removal, they only used the e file for removal and filed off so much of my natural nail that my long nails broke within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, and there is a big groove on each nail from where my natural nails were drilled off. Edges of my nails had wee tears and my nails are so thin they're going to take weeks to repair/ grow out. File also got really hot on my nails several times which hurt.
No cuticle oil used so just left the shop with scratched off thin nails.

Updated because my nails are absolutely ruined. Cut them down all the way and they're so flimsy and hurt over a week later.

Really rubbish experience at this nail salon this morning. My autistic daughter was looking forward to having her nails done, arrived at the salon to be greeted by lovely girls working, and one man who had an attitude from the minute we walked in the door. My daughter sat down to have her nails done, was laughing and smiling away interacting with the staff, the man who was doing her nails halfway through decided he would no longer continue to do her nails as she was ‘ making too much noise ‘. Then advised me go find somewhere else to have them done? Will definitely not return due to this man’s attitude and discrimination of an Autistic child who was well behaved. The other staff members couldn’t have been any nicer

after a unexpected stop in Cardonald … I struggled to find a quick service salon who could do my eyebrows. I happened upon this salon at back of the nail bar. Studio was small but cosy and clean. Stylist was friendly and kind ! Eyebrows were waxed and tinted to perfection… I have a very mad pair who is challenging to tame but she did amazing ! Thanks so much !! If I am here again I’ll be using this salon only !!

Nice salon. Friendly service. Gave good advice on the health of my nails and recommended certain products. My daughter also had her nails done and was very happy with the finish. Will definitely visit again

I visited to get help after going elsewhere, and my nails not being done well. It was no problem, I was helped immediately with my issue being understood and given exactly what I wanted (nail length, shape and style). Great salon, would recommend!

Had such a lovely experience in the salon. Melissa who done my nails done a wonderful job and recreated my inspo perfectly. It was also such a fast service, I was finished after only 45 mins for a builder gel infill with French tips.
