I did not feel comfortable during my visit. The staff spoke in their own language in front of me and laughed after I used an incorrect English word, which made me feel embarrassed. I am still learning English and usually people in Scotland are very encouraging. Unfortunately, one of my nails also broke shortly after, so I was disappointed with the quality of the service.

Owner Response:

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. However, we have checked our CCTV and records for today and no such incident or dissatisfaction was reported by any client.
Regarding your comment about language, our team is a multicultural family and our staffs are also learning English and supporting for each other. It would be completely illogical for us to mock someone for their English when we share the same journey. Therefore, this incident will never happen at our salon.
We believe there maybe a misunderstanding or mixup with another salon.
Wish u all the best!
