I had a Japanese head spa it was such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was calm & welcoming, Kiana the stylist was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Everything felt professional yet comfortable making it was easy to unwind, I left feeling refreshed & relaxed. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Declining standards and misleading timing—sad to see.
"I’ve been here before, but unfortunately, this experience was a letdown. While the Japanese Head Spa itself was relaxing, the value for money has dropped significantly. My 80-minute treatment was finished in 70; they start the timer the moment you enter the room, so you never get the full time you've paid for. This isn't an isolated incident, as my sister had a massage earlier the same day and was also short-changed on her treatment time.
I was also disappointed to find that you can no longer add on facials or arm massages like you could last year. The current advertising needs to be much clearer about exactly what is included in each service, as it feels like you're paying more for less. To top it off, being expected to pay an extra £20+ for a blow-dry or walk out with wet hair is poor form for a premium spa. Great therapists, but the management and policies really need an overhaul."

After getting my hair frazzled on holiday my hair was dry straggly and in the grown out stage that gets annoying something needed done, I got a gratification treatment and cut and blow dry by kiana I have to say my hair is transformed it looks so healthy and love the cut thankyou Kiana you are a wee miracle worker x also the young lad who washed my hair was so knowledgeable and inviting lovely young man .

I always feel so welcome at lime salon. Louise not only does my hair exactly how I like it but we have such a giggle in the process. Honestly would recommend lime and Louise to anyone that would listen.

Millie was just lovely. Her work on my less than desirable nails was excellent. My manicure is done professionally and looks amazing. She put me at ease and the interaction was perfect. I have struggled to find a nail salon as good as I experienced yesterday since moving to Fife. Well done.
