I went into Greens to get my nicely cut short hair trimmed. I asked Seonaid senior stylist for a dry trim as I had already washed my hair. She cut and talked and talked some more. I am devastated at the way she chopped and thinned my hair. My 10 yr old grandson could have done better. She cut of my longer sides ,hacked the top so it doesn't even sit down and is all lumps ,she gave my hair a quick blow dry and it took 20 mins to cut and blow dry pay the £38 coat on and out the door. I am elderly and my hair is thin enough and takes a long time to grow and I am glad it is winter so I can wear a hat to cover this awful haircut. Does Seonaid think because I am older,I don't care about how I looked,I am truly sorry I ever started going to her!
