It was very simple and easy to arrange an appointment . I just messaged them and got an appointment on the same day.
I got my nails done by Lauren. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and I loved it! She was very quick but neat and did such a great job. She explained everything very patiently and clear to me, helped me to find colours and style I love and did such a beautiful nail art matching my dress perfectly. I really enjoyed my time there and £28 was really worrh the result! I will definitely be back and can thoroughly recommend it!

Absolutely first class. Never been to a nail salon before. (The first one I went to wouldn’t accept a Transwoman) so I went to Queens and they welcomed me. Treated me like a woman. Did a fantastic job of my nails considering I damaged them with home attached false nails. Very clean and professional salon. Highly recommended. Booked my next appointment already.

I didn’t want to put review but I don’t think it’s fair for customers. We deserve great service and to be happy with our nails .
I had to cancel my future appointment.
I got my nails fixed the second time here , it’s didn’t last long and the gel was too soft and peeling off. So I had to get this fixed by another place .
This has never happen to me before,
it might be something wrong with quality of the gels your salon is using. I would recommend to get this checked , as I am now noticing same reviews experiencing the same issue . Ps despite all this they are nice people .

I'm sorry to say had a few problems with nails didn't last a day went back for 2 to be replaced free. Was delighted but it's now Monday 2 days later and I have 5 nails . Have cancelled future appointment shame as they were very nice .

Nails shouldn't pop off after less than 1 day, this has happened several times to me. Also the gel peeling off after a few days. Not happy with the services anymore and won't be back. TO THEN BLOCK ME ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AS WELL TELLS ME YOU CANNOT TAKE CRITICISM
