Nails are good, but there’s a specific nail tech who always asks black women if their hair is real or not… it’s happened on two occasions now. I don’t know if it’s a fetish but it’s very odd. Will not be going to her again, will just stick with Maya.

Wouldn’t come here again, came here due to the fact my usual nail shop was busy and I was going on holiday showed the man a cat eye design which he completely didn’t do had to go back to get it changed after about a week most my nails had came off, also met another lady today who also went there for the same reason and they had given her an infection on one of her nails due to using improper products.

I went there a few times because it was close to my workplace, but I had problems every time. For the last time, they refunded me without letting me talk because they knew they were wrong. Rude people who are unaware of customer satisfaction... I have had problems with their service every time, they are not meticulous... moreover, it is expensive compared to many places... high price is given for quality??????Idefinitely do not recommend it to anyone....
