Google A really lovely experience! Clean and relaxing environment. Friendly staff and accommodating. I chose to have Biab nails with white tips. The lady was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return!

Google Not an issue with the nails at all because they was stunning. It was more to do with the customer service. I’ve been a few times and the lady that did my nails seems to get distracted and goes on her phone and answers her messages whilst doing my nails, she also tried to make a phone call whilst doing my nails too and left me sitting there waiting. Also she stopped doing mine to go and do someone else’s so I was sitting there for half hour waiting when I needed to go. I didn’t say anything because I know it is a busy environment and I’m not like that. But it’s happened the few times I’ve been here every time so I feel like I needed to write a review. I Ended up being in there for 2 and a half hours for a full set of acrylic which usually takes an hour. Again no issues with the nails they was perfect, just feel like they need to up their customer service a bit and be respectful that clients have got a time limit.

Google Honestly is the best nail salon, with talented and lovely ladies/staff and their strong attention to detail! Nails are amazing every time thanks to Kim and her team at 1st Nails spa & Beauty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
