I visited for a skin tag removal and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The treatment did not remove the skin tag at all — it looks exactly the same as when I arrived. I even mentioned during the appointment that it didn’t seem effective, but I was still charged the full £55.

After also spending £40 on travel, this ended up being a complete waste of time and money.

I understand that not all treatments guarantee results, but this should have been clearly explained beforehand, along with realistic expectations or the possibility of needing multiple sessions.

Overall, I feel let down and would have appreciated more honesty and fairness in how this was handled.

I have been seeing Rob, the Chiropractor, for a couple of months now, trying to fix the aftermath of a car accident. He's been great. Attentive and informative, between the adjustments and the various stretches and exercises he's advised, I feel markedly better than I did. I've used a number of Chiros over the years, Rob is up there with the best of them.

Been here a few times and this time got my lashes tinted. Was happy with the outcome and the girl doing them was lovely and very friendly. Place is clean and well looked after with relaxing rooms and the prices are a bit high but it's a nice treat occasionally so can't complain.

One star as unable to leave less.
Awful experience. Instead of feeling treated and pampered for my birthday I was told constant tails of horror. Accused of having fungus, (I did not, and eventually they agreed), rushed nails, passed between two different girls, who continued telling me nail horror stories. As well as insulted, saying I had "bum thumbs" (correct term is Brachydactyly type D) that are more likely to get infected because they go upwards (total rubbish)! I felt I was being sold to and "upsold" the entire time. In fact the price went up three times, then again at the till (which I refused).
Nails were blotchy in colour after only one coat of colour, appallingly clipped and filed. Colour not covering end corners, lifted in no time, (unsurprisingly as they filed them again after colouring?!) and looked two weeks grown out on day one!
The "chop shops" as I was frequently told they were called, may be chop shops, but I've never had that kind of experience in one, and the cost certainly never changed, and was a third of the price at least!
Couldn't advise against any more for any more reasons. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I would have spoken to management, but really didn't feel like anyone would have cared. Probably just try to justify.

Had a pleasant 'footfix' experience with Beth for my hard skin on my foot, giving me some discomfort. Beth was attentive and gave me very helpful advice. The place was clean and there's ample parking (next to Softview Conservatory). It was my second time here (had a facial done last year). Worth visiting and try other services they offer 👍

Such a beautiful beauty place, but mostly wanted to comment on the staffs behalf on how friendly, welcoming and genuine they are. Especially the manager (not sure name) she is amazing and always SO welcoming. Won’t be going anywhere else for my sunbeds for a long time!
