Friendly & always happy with my nails. Also they don’t make you feel uncomfortable or get the ump when you ask them to change something (which I find quite often with nail techs).
Nails are always immaculate with the little details noticed so I would be happy to recommend.

The best nail salon in Essex and I've tried a few.
I usually have a walk in appointment due to disability making it difficult to always stick to scheduled appointments, I go in with ever increasingly insane inspo pictures and say to use it as a guide and not to worry about copying it outright.
I have never left disappointed and I usually leave thinking that my nails look better than the inspo pic I came in with.
The staff are fantastic, very professional, friendly and extremely talented and for all that the price is reasonable as well.
I Cannot Recommend a Visit to Manhattan Nails Enough!

Gel polish looks like it was just spludged. Place is dirty. Lady was a bit clumsy. Not friendly place to be for me.

I always go to visit Trinh at manhattan nails, lovely girl, very good at what she does! The other ladies that work here are great too! All round wonderful nail bar! 💗

poor customer service. I had my nails done on the Saturday, chipped by the Tuesday. I called on the return from my birthday trip. Called to have it sorted, went in at 1pm , stood there while they filed it, not invited to sit or anything, I could have done that myself but travelled in. they didn't even file it with a shape to the nail. NO customer service at all. Called to complain, said that i could come in and have it painted, I said that I couldn't that day. they said bye and just hung up, no alternative day/date given I had my nails done for my 40th birthday, this has now been ruined, Tone on the phone rude. They clearly don't want my business. Thank you Manhattan. Great work! Chip still there. I am really really upset.

Been going here for years now. Always been good. Very relaxing atmosphere. Never had any problems here. Foot pedicure is lovely. Nice friendly staff always made welcome. Highly recommended..
