I’ve been going to this place regularly for a while. Long enough to know why they have so many 5 star reviews and why some people are dissatisfied. There are some very talented people who work here and they do a wonderful job. However there’s one woman who does a terrible job. I’ve had three manicures and one pedicure from her over the years. Every time I hoped the last experience was a one off and the next would be better. But as I’m looking at a manicure less than a week old - bubbles and peeling- knowing I wasted my money on her again, I’m not going back. At this place you can start with one person and they’ll swap out mid manicure, so you’ll never be certain you’ve got a quality technician. She’s older so I don’t want to disrespect her in a crowded salon, but I’m looking for another place now because that was my final attempt at giving her a chance.

We had such a wonderful experience with Rosie today. She took her time to carefully carry out her work and we were truly amazed at the end result. It was both efficient and affordable, and we would 100% recommend!

my mum owed £95 paid £95 then helen said she paid £75 asked to see my mums bank transactions she refused since personal details she proceeded to show them the message she got then helen decided to stand in the way of the door me after my mum had sent another £20 so she paid £105 for nails that we’re supposed to be £95 do not recomend slammed my hands on the table if i moved them tried to push up my glasses since they were basically falling off got told too not move my arm , do not recommend my mum proceed to ask three times to move out the way of the door because we had a taxi waiting outside and the lady still refused to move and just stood there , disgusting service .

This is the only place I'll go to get my nails done as the staff are all friendly, have a bit of s laugh in there and they are very quick at getting nails done and the quality is above some of the surrounding shops. It's a bright, clean shop with lots of choice. I always return and they give the best pedicures!! Highly recommended. Thank you

Just had a pedicure at Five star nails . Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Pedicure massage chair is brilliant. I certainly will be back .

Love the cat eyes selection there, and the lady does my nails is very polite and friendly, my go to nail shop at westcliff.
