Came today for a lash lift. Been previously for a lash lift here however the patch test was out of date. Was not advised when booking that I would need a further patch test. The result was I could not have my lashes done and I have a special occasion tomorrow.
Owner did not apologise and blamed me to say I should have looked on the website but I made my appointment on the phone.
Beauticians are lovely but owner did not care about their customer.

Visited here last week had the most relaxing full body massage with Shauna.
Lovely little touch after your treatment you get to relax in the relaxation room and they bring you refreshments (including ice cream)
Parking is located onsite, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Prices reflect the spectacular services! I’ve been before and I will returning. Thanks again ladies.

I really enjoyed my first visit to The Retreat today - it was a treat to have exclusive use of the garden and the Totally Bliss treatment was superb. Friendly, clean, very relaxing, I can’t wait to go back!
