Sorry to say I have been a regular for a least a year, but was treated poorly on my last visit. I do not leave negative reviews, but was given conflicting info on my last “try out a new colour” set. I tried to talk to the technician however I even got laughed at which I found belittling and rude, I will not be returning that’s a minimum of £650, the staff are usually lovely but as a paying customer I feel being laughed at was wholly inappropriate

this nails salon did my nails beautiful however i have such bad damage to my natural nails, they over filed and the acrylic has left a harsh dent. the man doing them was distracted taking calls and in his phone and now i’m left with such bad damage it’s going to take months to build it back up to health.

Burnt my skin!! Watch out!
They had to adjust the water for my pedicure because it was initially stone cold when I put my feet in! When I was told to put my feet back in, the water was scalding and I burnt my foot! Received no apology at all when this happened, the guy just tried to rush me to put my feet back in and carry on (while I was still in pain) pretty awful service…

We also wanted a normal polish not gel but no-one asked or checked with us like they usually do so we were pretty surprised at the end with the £90 bill instead of £60 for two pedicures. We think they probably did it on purpose so they could rush us through - gel is quicker to dry and they obviously didn’t have enough people to get everyone sorted at the same time. Again no one even really spoke to us about the mistake or apologised for any confusion, it was pretty awkward.
Slow service (sat with my feet in the water waiting 30 minutes before mine even got started because they didn’t have enough staff to run two pedicures at once), they obviously overbook clients, they don’t take much care over you and they rush through everything…
We won’t be coming back!

A service when you want to get your nails done should be in a relaxing, clean and comfortable space. This place is anything but that. When you sit to do your nails no towel is placed on the cushioned arm rest. Also when they file or clean your nails, they don't wipe the tables as they go. You can see the filth everywhere. Plus when I told the technician I didn't want polish, she was confused and baffled that cleaning and having the nails in their natural state is a crime. The manicure did not feel luxurious at all. Technician couldn't be bothered to apply the nail oil and hand cream on properly. In other words the service here is very poor.

Really disappointed with my experience. Salon seemed a bit dirty. Nail tech completely disregarded what I asked for (round shape with some length) and I got short and square nails. I said several times I didn’t want square but they kept filing and making them shorter and more square. Nail tech did apologise for this. Asked infills for builder gel / bio gel but it’s not the same, feels much weaker. Nail tech also used the nail file on themselves and then used it again on me. Whole experience was negative and uncomfortable. I felt quite upset afterwards and definitely won’t be returning.

It was very quiet when I went, there was only one other person in the shop at the same time as me, so I felt a little awkward 😅 but the service was lovely, they did a nice pedicure and it was very quick. Great way to spend an hour and they made my troll feet look slightly more human 😂 well done and thank you 😊
